it's onli the beginning of sch and i feel so lethargic. is it due to the work load or is it because of my sleeping habits? i dunno. but i decided to add exercising into my daily regime. I NEED TO WORK OUT. its been a long time since i last jogged. i think i shld start jogging to build up my physique, so that i'll have a healthy body. a healthy body = a healthy mind. so i wun get parkinson's or amnesia or any old age related diseases. it's horrible enuff to be old. it's worse to be ill.

i went to chinese garden and saw lotsa lanterns! and dere was a mini fireworks.
